Vibin Privacy Policy

Vibin is a global personality and vibe-test app operated by DNNR. This policy explains what information Vibin collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

We may collect account identifiers such as your Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, email address when provided by Google or Apple sign-in, and basic authentication metadata.

We may collect profile information you choose to provide, such as display name, birthdate or age-related fields, gender, nationality, residence or region, languages, personality or vibe-test results, profile text, and profile photos.

We may collect app activity such as quiz responses, result views, profile interactions, feedback submissions, notification tokens, device and app diagnostics, crash data, and analytics events. If chat or comments are enabled, we may collect message or comment content and related metadata needed to provide and moderate those features.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, save your profile and test results, operate quizzes and discovery features, deliver notifications, process image uploads, support safety and moderation, improve app performance, and respond to user feedback.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand app usage, improve content, and maintain service reliability.

Service Providers

Vibin uses service providers including Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare R2, and related infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.

Media and Public Profiles

Profile photos and public profile fields may be visible to other users when profile discovery or public profile features are enabled. Do not upload photos or profile text that you do not want other users to see.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Deleted-user archives may be retained for a limited period for operational, safety, and legal purposes before purge.

Your Choices

You can update profile information in the app where supported. You can disable push notifications in your device settings. You can request account deletion from the app or by contacting us.

Account Deletion

To request account deletion, use the in-app deletion flow where available or follow the instructions at Account Deletion. Deletion removes or archives active account data according to Vibin's deletion policy and applicable law.

Children

Vibin is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International Use

Vibin is a global service. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on our service providers and infrastructure.
