These Terms govern your use of Vibin. By using Vibin, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Vibin provides personality, vibe-test, profile, discovery, and related social features. Test results are for entertainment, reflection, and social discovery. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when required and must not impersonate another person.

User Content

You are responsible for profile text, photos, feedback, comments, messages, and other content you submit. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, private, or misleading content. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and operate the service.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Vibin, attempt to access systems without permission, scrape or abuse the service, harass users, or use Vibin for illegal activity.

Availability

Vibin may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be rolled out gradually or disabled while in testing.

Intellectual Property

Vibin, its design, software, and original content are owned by DNNR or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content, but grant Vibin the rights needed to host, display, process, and operate that content in the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

Vibin is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that results, recommendations, discovery features, or compatibility cues will be accurate or suitable for every user.
